FREE SHIPPING
Enjoy free standard ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S., as well as APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Additional fees may apply for Express Shipping, oversized items, and deliveries to PO Boxes.
TRANSIT TIME
For U.S. orders, we typically ship within 2 business days from Northern California. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only. We ship via USPS or UPS, and delivery generally takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location.
If you need faster delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a shipping quote.
Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary by destination—especially during peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays once packages are in transit.
To ensure your items arrive in time, we recommend placing standard-shipping orders at least 10 business days before your event.
RETURNS
We’re proud of the products we offer, and we hope you love them too! If you’re not completely satisfied, received an incorrect item, or your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 business days of delivery to request a return. Returns received after this window or containing ineligible items cannot be refunded.
All returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return, email us at sohappypartygoods@gmail.com with your reason for returning the item(s). Once we review your request, we’ll provide a return authorization number and instructions. Returns sent without an authorization number cannot be accepted.
After we receive your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 1–3 business days.
